BulkSmith is a browser-based design personalization tool that allows you to create designs and generate personalized versions in bulk. The service operates primarily on the client side — your designs and data are processed locally in your browser.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create using BulkSmith.
• You must not use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• You must have the rights to any images, logos, or assets you upload to the editor.
• You are responsible for backing up your own work — BulkSmith uses browser auto-save but does not guarantee data persistence.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all designs, images, and content you create using BulkSmith. We claim no rights over your creations.

Our Content: The BulkSmith application, including its code, design, built-in templates, logo, and branding, is our intellectual property. Built-in templates are provided for your use within the application but may not be redistributed as standalone template packs.

5. Built-in Templates

BulkSmith provides built-in design templates for your convenience. You may use these templates to create personalized designs for personal or commercial purposes. However, the templates themselves may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own work.

6. Limitation of Liability

BulkSmith is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, design errors, or service interruptions.

7. Availability

We strive to keep BulkSmith available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. As a client-side application, most features work offline once loaded, but some features (like font loading) require an internet connection.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BulkSmith after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Termination

Since BulkSmith operates client-side, there are no accounts to terminate. You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access to the service if these terms are violated.
